Moir Studio prepared the Landscape Master Plan and detailed design for the new co-educational Catholic college in Medowie. The college includes a chapel, an early learning centre, a primary school, and a high school accommodating a total of 1,200 students. The precinct opened to Years 7 and 8 in 2021, and the school will be completed in six stages over eight years.

The site was developed from a rural residential setting, so great consideration was given within the master plan to limit the impacts on the surrounding ecology, bush fire protection, and Aboriginal cultural heritage. The school has been designed to be equivalent to a 4-star Green Star rating.

As a modern campus there is considerable green space within the grounds and key arrival areas, movement corridors, outdoor learning areas and classroom breakout areas are well shaded. The design creates appealing environments with tree canopy being a key contributor to reduce ambient temperatures.
