Kings Estate is a unique master planned community offering a coastal lifestyle, convenience and high-quality open space and streetscape design, located in Terrigal.

Our role in the development was to create high-quality open space and streetscape design that reflected the luxury coastal living aesthetic of the estate. Design tasks involved streetscape planting, landscaping, signage, a distinctive entry statement, and common property fencing.

Our design incorporates rehabilitated vegetation corridors and open space. These environmentally sensitive elements enable the development to blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings.

The overall development comprises of 136 lots ranging in size from 800m2 to 1082m2. Approximately 18HA of the site is dedicated to the Council’s Coastal Open Space System, and environmentally-constrained land has been set aside and protected.
