Moir Studio was engaged by Windlab Limited to undertake a LVIA for the proposed Wind Farm consisting of a total of 35 wind turbines located approximately six kilometres North West of Lakeland within the Shire of Cook, Queensland. The tip of the proposed wind turbines are at a height of approximately 240 metres from the existing ground level.

The purpose of this report was to provide a comprehensive assessment of visibility and potential visual impacts associated with the proposed Lakeland Wind Farm for assessment in accordance with the Queensland Wind Farm State Code & Planning Guideline (July 2016).
