Moir Studio is collaborating with Capital Corporation on Lovedale Farm, a major billion-dollar project to redefine living and tourism in the Hunter Valley. This transformative project aims to create a landmark destination, balancing design excellence with sustainability, while respecting Wonnarua heritage.

This 600-acre project will be a community and tourism hub celebrating the region's beauty, with over half dedicated to green spaces inspired by the local landscape, including a premier 18-hole golf course by Darius Oliver.

Our design teams have been Involved since the start. Leading the landscape masterplan and vision for the redevelopment through to design of the broader precinct, residential dwellings, open space areas, resort and clubhouse amenities. Our design approach has been underpinned by the systems of the site that deliver an aesthetic that reinterprets Lovedale's rural style through natural materials of timber and stone.

The development will foster a vibrant community with a 300-key resort and spa, new dining precinct, 500 homes, and 140 apartments—balancing design excellence with sustainability while respecting Wonnarua heritage.
