The Stevens Group commissioned Moir Studio to undertake the design of the Elms, The Oaks and the Figtrees precincts of this benchmark estate.

The project involved street tree masterplans, vegetation management, pathways, open space areas, parking and surface treatments as well as entry features and signage. The stunning gateway entry feature welcomes residents through an avenue of oak trees and into the heart of the residential community. A rich material palette was used to tie in with the exclusive and contemporary housing style of the estate.
