Avid Property Group engaged Moir Studio to complete the landscape design for the Waterford Sales Office at Waterford Living.

The sales office is located on Settlers Boulevard, adjacent to the subdivision's entrance, and plays a key role in attracting visitors to the village.

Full documentation of the master plan was completed, with construction concluding in late 2018. The development of the master plan placed emphasis on a strategic location and considered spatial design of the sales office building, café facility, break-out area and open space areas. Locations of vehicle and pedestrian access and car parking were also a highly prioritised aspect of the design to ensure clear connections were made to the display home village.

The landscape design now provides a pleasing arrival into the village. Through the use of large turf areas, shade trees, green arbours, decking, festoon-lit breakout zones and vegetable gardens, several sophisticated and inviting places have been created for residents and visitors to engage with the local community.
